Burrows Health Project CIC ("we", "us") explains here what we collect on this website and why.

What we collect

Donations. When you donate, Stripe processes your card details directly — your card details never touch our servers. We store your name, email address and donation amount so we can send you a receipt and, for regular gifts, manage the ongoing payment.

Newsletter, merchandise interest and contact forms. If you sign up for updates, register interest in merchandise, or send us a message, we store what you submit — your name, email address and message — in our database so we can reply to you or keep you informed.

Supporters wall. If you opt in when donating, we show your first name and the initial of your surname on the public supporters wall. Nothing else about you is shown there.

Emails

We send donation receipts, replies to your messages and any newsletter you sign up for using Resend, an email delivery service. We use the email addresses you give us only for the purpose you gave them to us.

Cookies and tracking

We don't run analytics and we don't show advertising. The only thing this site stores in your browser is one entry in local storage that remembers you've hidden the notices bar at the top of the site, for seven days. It isn't a tracking cookie and it isn't shared with anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact info@burrowshealthproject.org.uk and we'll respond as soon as we can.
